临惠山巅，         Up to the top of Huishan Hill,
九峰揽胜，         In sight a panoramic scene at peak,
尽收旎丽湖光。      I enjoy a superb view of Taihu Lake.
横林紫翠，         The forest is colorful,
岚霭淡纱妆。        Veiled in the mist.
石上若冰小洞，      The water in Ruobing Cave on the sidehill,
涓涓细、流入荷塘。    Trickling down into the lotus pool.
泉音籁，           The spring sounds pleasantly,
淙琤碧涧，         Echoing in the valley,
幽邃育青苍。        Where it is serene and green.

观春申涧水，        Chunshen stream in the ravine,
壁飞瀑练，         Splashes against the cliff wall,
湍急空凉。         Which is swift and cool.
饮甘泉，          Drinking the sweet spring water,
嬉游濯足欣狂。      People make fun in the stream water.
七级锡山石塔，      The seven-story Xishan stone pagoda,
接穹宇、峻挺端庄。    Towers into the clouds.
龙光显，          The great power it shows,
蕊开云汉，         To make the local stripling,
不绝桂兰芳。        Become outstanding.
