Ｄon't dwell in the past, don't dream of the future,just concentrate the mind on the present moment, and bear in mind, the future influences the present just as much as the past.

We can't back to the past, and we can't touch the future, and we only look back the past and think of the future ,but we can really enjoy the present time, and we can do anything we like at the present moment!
