Solution:

The alert "maildir over quota" indicates that the mailbox "abc" hasexceeded the quota limit allocated for the account. In other words, thismailbox was full and as there was not enough space to accommodate anynew mails, hence the mails are bouncing back with the said alert.

To avoid the same, kindly ensure that you delete some of theunwanted messages from this POP3 account and create enough space, orshuffle to quota limits if required to accommodate new mails.
