Commuter installation manual

1. Unpacking

After unpacking, take out the bicycle. The front wheel is fixed on the frame with a strap. Use scissors to cut the strap and take it off. Then take out the accessories and tools in the small box and put them in place. Remove the sponge from the body.

2. Front wheel installation

Clip the front axle into the front fork groove, At each end of the front axle, there is a spacing gasket. The projecting part of the gasket is clamped into the limiting hole beside the front fork slot, then the front wheel is positioned in the middle position of the front fork, and then the bracket of the front fender is clamped on the front axle. If there is a basket, the groove of the supporting rod of the basket is then stuck into the front axle, and finally the tool or its vice or tool is used. Tighten the nuts on both sides.

Note: it must be that the front fork is first clamped into the front axle, then behind the gasket is the bracket or basket support rod of the front fender, and finally the nuts on both sides are tightened. 

3. Handlebar installation

First, loosen the fixing screw a in the middle of the handlebar until the screw piece in the handlebar can shake but not fall off, then insert the handlebar into the handlebar hole on the front fork, and tighten the fixing screw a in the middle of the handlebar. 

4. Installation of brake line

Installation principle: install the brake line of the rear wheel on the left and the front wheel on the right. Put the head of the brake line into the hole of the brake handle. If the brake is loose or tight, adjust the lower brake line. Adjustment method: find the end of the brake line, find the screw to fix the brake line, loosen a little to pull the brake line, when the braking effect is too loose, pull the brake line outward and then tighten the screw to fix the brake line; otherwise, if it is too tight, push the brake line inward, and then fix the screw. 

5. Installation of foot pedal

Note: the end where the top of the foot pedal is connected to the body is marked with the English letters "R" and "L", and the one marked with "R" is installed on the right side and the one marked with "L" is installed on the left side. When installing the foot pedal, tighten it in the direction of the front wheel. Screw it in and screw it with tools.. 

6. Installation of car seat

Loosen the screws of saddle, put one end of saddle pipe into the clamping groove in the middle of saddle, adjust the front end of saddle to tilt down about 15 degrees, and screw the screws on both sides of saddle clamping groove. After that, insert the saddle pipe into the frame riser, adjust the appropriate height, and then screw down or tighten the buckle of the fixed seat pipe on the frame riser. If the car seat tube sinks down after sitting on the car seat, the buckle on the vertical tube of the car frame is not tightened. At this time, you can clamp one end of the buckle with the tools at home and then tighten the buckle again. If the car seat is cocked forward and backward, screw the screws on both sides of the car seat groove again. If it can't be screwed, clamp one end with the tools and then screw the other side with the tools at the same time.
