这首歌，毕竟唱的是ice cream冰淇淋、冰激凌、冰淇凌什么的，小朋友们的最爱！所以，它的版本实在是极为繁多，歌词也是五花八门，今天我们看到的是超简儿歌版本，歌词其实不算简单了，本文最后视频区的几个版本，才算是歌词简单的。曲调呢，超简儿歌这个版本算是新谱的，其他的许多类似歌曲都是套个现有的曲调，这也实属正常。
从音韵节奏上说，这首歌又是一次典型的双行体诗节展示：treat与eat押韵，see与me押韵。有意思的是，由于单行太长，演唱的时候不得不把同一句歌词分成两半来唱。
这份歌词，从文字上看，看不出什么名堂来：为什么前面三段都是一勺、两勺、三勺地加，到了最后一段就一下子四五六七八九十加到十勺了呢？
