鸡蛋与芝士的甜美情缘

　　You Will Need

　　原料

　　1 frozen waffle

　　一份冰冻华夫饼干

　　1 small tomato, sliced

　　一只番茄，切片

　　1 large egg

　　一个大鸡蛋

　　½ tsp. cooking oil

　　一茶匙食用油

　　2 process cheddar cheese slices

　　两片车打芝士

　　salt, sprinkle

　　少量的盐

　　pepper, sprinkle

　　少量胡椒

　　What to Do

　　步骤

　　1. Toast the waffle. Place it on the plate. Arrange the tomato slices on the waffle. Sprinkle with salt and pepper。

　　烤华夫饼干，番茄片放在饼干上，洒一点胡椒粉和盐。

　　2. Break the egg into the bowl. Beat with the fork until the egg is bubbly on top. Heat the cooking oil in the frying pan on medium for 3 minutes. Pour the egg into the pan. Heat and stir for about 1 minute until the egg is cooked. Remove the pan from the heat. Spoon the scrambled egg on top of the tomato。

　　打鸡蛋，锅里放油，加热三分钟，倒入鸡蛋，加热一分钟，将炒好的鸡蛋平铺在番茄片上。

　　3. Place the cheese on top of the scrambled egg. Microwave, covered, on high(100%) for about 20 seconds until the cheese is melted。
