Creative ikebana floral arrangements to get inspiration from.
This is nice. The dried leaves are creatively folded to make this arrangement looks balanced. The purple orchids complement this arrangement perfectly.
An array of the same arrangement. Purple cabbage are arranged with yellow orchids in tall glass containers. Inside each container are purple crystals. From the containers, you can see vines creeping out. Grouping the same arrangements together created a bigger impact.
An arrangement using allium, agapanthus and dried lotuses, in a bowl. What's interesting here is that to make the flowers stand, a rattan armature is used instead of a kenzan. The armature is placed inside the bowl and the flowers are inserted through the holes of the armature.
A 'secretive' arrangement, because of the wooden boundary. Inside the compound, are white calla lilies, purple, blue and hydrangeas.
A wooden bucket arrangement of some branches and yellow stargazer lilies. The branches are left in their natural state and looks like they are grown from the bucket.
An ikebana floral arrangement of bamboo leaves, white daisies and hypericum berries. I guess the designer picked the bamboo leaves to match the bamboo container.
The container of this arrangement is modified by the designer to make it looks more interesting. A wrapper is inserted near the opening of the container. Sunflowers and philodendron leaves are used. Another interesting detail about this arrangement is the cute butterflies placed between the twigs.
A unique blue arrangement using a rectangular plastic container, filled with blue gel. At the top of the container are curled up dried lotus leaves with purple agapanthus and blue hydrangeas. From the top, you can see a dried branch with a beautiful line flowing to the bottom.
Another unique arrangement, this time using pink, purple and yellow pansies. Together with the lovely flowers are baby's breath and asparagus ferns.
A simple but bold and strong ikebana piece. A tree bark with fuchsia cymbidiums and draceana leaves. The orchids looked like they grew from the tree bark, however the leaves could have been arranged to look more natural.
A great ikebana arrangement using dried fruits with their branches, bundled together with sisal fibre. Also used are green oranges. At the base are small stones, nicely forming a square.
An arrangement using banana trunks, banana blossoms and big leaves. Together with dried twigs, it is quite a unique arrangement.
