前几天，山东某地三位大学生遭遇电信诈骗，其中2人气急身亡。这一事件，既让人出离愤怒，又让人扼腕叹息。尤其是诈骗分子电话指令受害人将自动取款机（ATM）界面切换到英文的这一细节，竟然没有被识破，真是让人感觉这几位高中毕业生的防范能力真是太弱了。——中文界面和英文界面，只是文字不同以方便使用不同语言的人士，功能上绝无差异啊！！当然，从另一个角度说，掌握外语是多么重要，诈骗分子充分利用受害者不懂外语而挖了一个拙劣的陷阱。
不可否认，随着互联网技术的全球化广泛运用，现在我们真正进入了互联网时代，而从人与人之间的关系上来说，我们已经进入了一个互联网构建的虚拟社会。无以计数的信息，质量良莠共存。虚拟社会，也如同真实社会，有阳光正能力，也有各种暗黑势力。因此，互联网的安全防范重点，从以前的单纯重技术安全（比如防范病毒、阻止黑客），到了技术安全与社交安全两手抓。从技术安全和社交安全又衍生出信息安全与金融安全，而这正是骗子们关注的的核心。
然而，从此次事件看，网络社交安全防范工作还是不够令人满意的，比如轻信陌生号码来电，轻易被人遥控转账等。
我们如何才能让我们的公民普遍得到网络社交安全教育呢？受到我国高中普遍实施的18周岁成人礼的启发，凌哥从网络上找到了国外的“网络安全誓词”。但是，在国内，几乎没有学校进行过“网络安全宣誓”的活动。
也就是说，我们在德育方面，也需要与时俱进，紧跟互联网社会的步伐。如果我们的孩子能在恰当的时候进行这些宣誓，我们有理由相信，孩子们受到的网络伤害会减少。
第一份宣誓词是针对孩子的；第二份宣誓词是针对家庭的。

这两份誓词，仅供参考。如果我们要使用，可以结合国内实际进行修改，比如增加预防电信诈骗的内容。
为了我们的孩子和未来，我们该行动起来！在互联网时代，让我们将互联网安全教育作为安全第一课吧。
KidzSearch Safety Pledge
1. I will never give out any personal information online unless my parents say it is okay. Things like passwords, cell phone number, home phone number, current location, full name, credit card number, social security number, birthday, school name, and home address must never be given out.
2. I will never post any personal information about another person unless my parents approve it. This includes giving passwords to your friend.
3. I will never post any pictures or videos of myself or others without getting approval from my parents.
4. I will never sign up for any online service without first checking with my parents or a person I trust.
5. I will never ever meet in person with someone I met online. If your parents say it is okay, have them go with you and meet in a public place.
6. I will immediately tell my parents about anything that made me feel uncomfortable while online.
7. I will never download or install any computer software or apps without checking with a trusted adult.
8. I will talk with my parents about how much time I can spend online and what websites or tools I can use. I will not allow the internet to interfere with doing homework or house chores, exercising/sports, or other important activities.
9. I will be very careful texting or playing online games while outside to avoid possibly hurting myself or others. I will make sure to stay focused on what is around me, such as looking out for cars or bikes, or wandering into unfamiliar areas.
10. I will always be polite and respectful of others and never post anything hurtful online, or do or say anything that I would not want to be said about myself.

The Internet can be a fun and exciting place for your children and it is easy for them to get somewhat addicted. The Internet can also be frustrating and dangerous for your children. Show them how much you love them by becoming an active parent online in regards to keeping your children safe. Print out this pledge, saying it out loud to your children, and have you and your children sign it.
1. I will monitor my child online. I will not let them loose without the supervision of a responsible adult.
2. I will communicate openingly with my child. I will not avoid answering my child's questions on issues we find on the Internet together. I will make my child stronger by giving him/her knowledge.
3. I will teach my child how to use a search engine effectively. This will help to enhance my child's enducation as well as keep them safe.
4. I will set limits with my child on how long they can use the Internet. We will decided together on how many days a week and hours per day of Internet use.
5. I will use parental software. If I cannot be with my child every time they are on the Internet, I will use the parental software to protect them from viewing inappropriate material.
6. I will pay attention to what my own Internet behaviours are teaching my children. I will not model inappropriate or dangerous online behaviour.
7. I will never ignore my child when I am on the Internet. My child comes first. I will turn off the computer when my child needs my attention.

KidzSearch网站的网络安全誓词
1. 未经父母许可，我绝不会将任何个人信息放到网络上。密码、手机电话号码、家庭电话号码、当前位置、全名、信用卡号码、社会保障号码、生日、学校名称、家庭住址等，决不能泄露到网上。
2. 未经父母许可，我决不将他人的个人信息公布到网上。也不将自己的密码告诉朋友。
3. 未经父母许可，我决不将自己或他人的照片、视频上传到网络。
4. 未与父母或其他权威核实，我决不签订任何网络服务。
5. 我绝不面见在网络上相识的人。如得到父母许可，则须由家长陪同，并在公共场合会面。
6. 上网时，如果遇到任何让我不适的人或事，我会立刻告知父母。
7. 未与父母或其他可信成人核实，我绝不下载、安装计算机程序或APP。
8. 我会与父母商量可以上网的时长、可访问的网站、可使用的工具。我不允许网络给自己的功课、家务、健身和其他重要事项带来负面作用。
9. 在户外发短信或玩网络游戏时，我会十分小心，避免自已或他人受伤。我保证关注周边情况，如小心各种车辆、避免自己走入不熟悉的地方。
10. 我将一直保持礼貌、尊重他人，决不在网络上发布有害言辞、做有害事情，正如我也不想在网络上遇到如此对待。
互联网对于孩子来说充满了神奇和乐趣，孩子也因此着迷甚至会在一定程度上上瘾。对于孩子来说，互联网也有会有负面作用甚至危险。做一位积极主动的家长，保护孩子的上网安全，也让你的孩子感受你的关心和爱心。将下面的誓词打印出来，读给孩子听，然后和孩子一起签名。
1. 我会监控孩子的网上行为。我保证只在有成人负责监控时才让孩子自由上网。
2. 我会和孩子开诚布公地交流。有关网上内容如果孩子有问题，我不会避而不谈。我将传授一些知识让孩子有更强的能力面对网络。
3. 我将教会孩子高效地使用搜索引擎网站。这样能既能有助于孩子的教育又能保护他们的安全。
4. 我将和孩子一起设定上网时长。我们将决定每周上网的日子和每天上网的时长。
5. 我将使用家长监控软件。如果我不能每次和孩子一起上网，我将使用监控软件避免他们看到不良信息。
6. 我会注意自己的上网行为带给孩子的影响。我将以身作则，摒弃不良、危险的网上行为。
7. 我绝不因为自己上网而忽视了孩子。孩子是第一位的。如果他需要我的关注，我会关闭上网设备。
