不再当“啄木鸟”，学会发现和欣赏学生习作中的美

　　以前，我总以为对于小学生哪怕是高段五、六年级的学生来说，英语写作是一个令人头痛的问题。每当试卷中出现写话的题目时，那道题基本上就是重灾区了。学生写出来的句子错误百出，词汇、句型、语法对他们来说都不是容易的事儿。因此，我极少布置写作的作业。因为一旦布置了，学生绞尽脑汁也写不了几句。我却要像啄木鸟一样把他们的错误一个一个挑出来，往往到最后我就对学生的写作能力失去了信心。

　　一次偶然的机会，我师父和我聊起了604班贺昱嘉的作文。五年级下学期，我师父在上剑桥英语二级。教材中有一个话题是“My school”。当时她布置的作业是写一篇关于学校的作文。我把贺昱嘉的作文拿来一看，欣喜地发现其中很多话语和想法都很不错。这一次，我不再盯着学生的错误不放，而是学会发现、欣赏学生作文中优美的语言和新奇的想法。

　　下面就让我们一起来听一听、读一读吧！

My school

　　My school is very beautiful. I like my school.

　　In spring, all flowers in the school garden bloom. The garden becomes red, green, blue, purple…. We often play in the garden. I like the colorful garden. I like my school.

　　In summer, the weather is very hot! My friend and I go to the swimming pool to swim or play in the water. The water is so cool. I like the cool water. I like my school.

　　In autumn, the leaves on the trees are falling, falling and falling, just like golden butterflies. When they fall on the ground, they are like yellow blankets. I like the “yellow blankets”. I like my school.

　　In winter, the school turns white everywhere. Because lots of snowflakes fall from the sky. And the snow falls on the trees, the grass, the ground and all the buildings. I like everything white. I like my school.

　　关于这次的录音还有个小小的插曲呢。本来我想要毛遂自荐来一个师生合作的，没想到被小作者嫌弃了。我真是未语泪先流啊！哈哈！I’m just kidding. 不过后来一想，我确实不合适。那充满童趣的话语我怕是表达不出来了。

　　这次的经历也引发了我的思考。或许我在看待学生的写话时应该抱着更加宽容的心态。相对于纠正小学生习作中的语言错误来说，我认为发现和欣赏学生语言的美和想法的新更为重要。毕竟，语言错误会随着学生学习的深入慢慢减少，而他们的想象力和创造力却是无限的。我应该在它们萌发时给予尊重和保护，而非忽视甚至扼杀。

　　正好，六年级第三单元刚刚结束。而本单元的话题 “My weekend plan”恰好与学生的生活息息相关。我趁热打铁布置了作业：以My weekend plan为题，写一写你的周末计划，字数不限，鼓励创新。希望周一学生们可以给我个惊喜而不是惊吓。哈哈哈！
