微友：凌哥，每当想到几十年后要化为灰烬，就觉得很恐慌。我去了哪里？我不存在了吗？

凌哥：没事啦。如果能安详地去世，也没啥。

微友：我来干什么？我是什么？

凌哥：不是你自己要来的。你父母也没得选择，就创造了你。

微友：可是，既然来了，为何还要走？灰飞烟灭，何去何从？昨天还在正常生活，今天就变成了灰，永远消失！

凌哥：现在你觉得人应该永生。我也理解你的想法。但是前不久有一篇文章，讲到澳大利亚的一位老教授，104岁了，自己觉得活够了，到北欧某国接受了安乐死。

微友：是的，前几天看到另一篇文章，讲一个抑郁症患者，接受安乐死。死了就什么也没有了，什么也不可以做了。不能旅游，不能聊天。永远不见了，似乎没来过这个世界。普通人，没人记得你，永远消失。

凌哥：抑郁症患者，是一个需要被理解、支持和治疗的群体。老师，你发生什么情况了？

微友：没什么啦！放心！这是我很小的时候就一直在想的一个问题。只是每次跟别人聊起这个话题，人家就觉得我很奇怪。他们告诉我：死了就死了，每个人都会死。

凌哥：这不奇怪啊。我小时候也想过。我国的“死亡教育”，开展得不多，也不足够。所以，有些年轻人甚至在校生，会轻声。

死亡教育

Death education is education about death that focuses on the human and emotional aspects of death. Though it may include teaching on the biological aspects of death, teaching about coping with grief is a primary focus. Death education refers to the experiences and activities of death that one deals with. Death education also deals with being able to grasp the different processes of dying, talk about the main topics of attitudes and meanings toward death, and the after effects on how to learn to care for people that are affected by the death. The main focus in death education is teaching people how to cope with grief. Many people feel death education is a taboo and instead of talking about death and grieving, they hide it away and never bring it up to others. 简而言之，死亡教育就是科学地认识死亡、知道死亡的不同过程；在人文性方面，对死亡持客观的态度、理解生与死的意义、学会安慰亡者亲友、减轻与死亡相关的悲痛。

微友：现在，你怎么想呢？

凌哥：我觉得，活着时间那么短，就要努力多做点事情。人家活100天，做100件事情。我活100天，做200件事情。那么，事实上我相当于是活了200天。

微友：我终于明白，你为啥这么忙碌了。这么一算，凌哥今年有90多岁了，高寿啊！

凌哥：呃，呃，凌哥自己挖个坑，自己跳了进去！！
