一、教学目标

1. 能够听、说、认读单词：dog, duck, bear, pig, cat.

2. 能够听懂、会说句子：What’s this? It’s a…并能够在语境中运用。

3. 能结合颜色词汇，尝试对动物进行描述。

4. 欣赏、感受、学说与动物相关的趣味故事。

二、教学重难点

重点：掌握dog, duck, bear, pig, cat的听说认读。 

难点：运用句子What’s this? It’s a … 在语境中提问或回答。

三、教学过程

Step 1  Presentation

1. Meet the friends

T: Boys and girls, let’s meet our animals friends.

设计意图：通过趣味的动物图片，认识动物，初步感知词汇发音。

2. Who are they?

T: What’s this? It’s a pig. p-i-g pig （采用phonics拼读法。下同。）认识单词能帮我们更快的学习英语知识。

T: What’s this? It’s a cat. c-a-t cat

T: What’s this? It’s a duck. d-u-ck duck（关注ck发音）

T: What’s this? It’s a dog. d-o-g dog

T: What’s this? It’s a bear. b-ear bear（关注ear 和bear中ear的发音）

The bear has two ears.

设计意图：通过有难易层次What’s this? It’s a … 问答，将新词汇dog, duck, bear, pig, cat和重点句子相结合，利用自然拼读法教学单词。同时，关注个别字母组合的发音，易混淆发音用对比和例句帮助学生学习和记忆。

设计意图：通过图文结合的方式，帮助学生强化新词汇的音形义，查考学生掌握情况的同时进行正音和强化。

1. Meet the new friends

T: They have many friends. Let’s have a look. Who are they?

What’s this? It’s a dog. It’s a white dog.

What’s this? It’s a cat. It’s a purple cat.

What’s this? It’s a bear. It’s a brown bear.

What’s this? It’s a pig. It’s a pink pig.

What’s this? It’s a duck. It’s a yellow duck.

设计意图：看身影猜舞台上的小动物，激发学生思维，考察学生掌握情况，激发学生主动运用It’s a … 进行描述，同时结合关于颜色的旧知，鼓励学生大胆描述和细心观察，丰富学生的表达。

设计意图：有趣幽默的故事围绕上一环节的小动物们展开，单一的单词形成了文本，内容递增，同时渗透的句子的语音语调。

3. Read a story (B)

Pink body? What’s this? It’s a pig.

Brown ears? What’s this? It’s a bear. 

Yellow body? What’s this? It’s a duck.

设计意图：根据露出水面的有色身体部位，判断落水的小动物是谁，在饶有趣味的猜测中丰富了表达语言，增加了知识的联结。
