夕阳西下风渐起，草原东方霞光美。
马匹嘶鸣人声沸，大地震动如响雷；
一代天骄征西东，所向披靡天下畏。
烟飘云散远古事，随风流淌藏心内。

Pero ví ganado, ovejas y caballos
Me incliní y tocé la hierba
Baja se incliní y pegé mis orejas a la hierba/
Escuché muy lejos y muy lejos/
Silbidos de caballos y voces en ebullición
Eso fue hace mil años
Genghis Khan dirigió la caballería mongola/
Sonido de entrenamiento de colección de batalla/
Su sonido fue uniforme/
Sacudó la tierra/
La caballería mongola partió de allí/
Casi barrió todo el continente euroasiático/
Destruyó la dinastía Song del Sur/
Creació de la dinastía Yuan
Me levanté
No hay caballería alrededor/
Solo unos pocos caballos que se inclinan para pastar/
Muy lejos
Al oeste del sol,
brilló el resplandor/
La puesta de sol de la pradera/
Fue tan hermosa

我来到了草原
和想像的不一样
如同南方的草坪
没见风吹草低
但见牛羊和马匹
我俯下身
轻轻摸了下低矮的青草
又俯下身将耳朵贴在草地上
听见好远好远传来
马匹嘶鸣和鼎沸的人声
那是一千年前
成吉思汗统领蒙古骑兵
征战集合训练声
其声整齐划一
震动大地
蒙古骑兵从此出发
几乎扫平整个欧亚大陆
灭掉南宋
建立元朝
我站起身
四周并无骑兵
只有几匹低头吃草的马
远方
太阳西下，红光闪耀
草原的夕阳太美了
（4）Grassland sunset glow

I came to the grassland/
It wasn't what I thought/
Liked the lawn in the south,
I didn't see the wind blowing,
and the grass lowing down/
But I saw cattles, sheep and horses
I leaned down and touched the grasses/
Also I put my ear on the grass/
I heard it coming from far away/
The neighing of horses and the buzzing
of human voices
That was a thousand years ago/
Genghis Khan commanded Mongolian cavalry/
the training sound of gathering in battle/
Its sound was uniform and shook the earth/
Mongolian cavalry set out from here/
Almost wiped out the whole Eurasia/
Destroy the Southern Song dynasty/
Establish the Yuan dynasty
I stood up/
There were no cavalry around/
Only a few horses bowed their heads
and grazed/
At distant place/
The sun was sinking down in the west
and the glow was shining/
The sunset on the grassland
was so beautiful
