        湖南长沙人。

        出生于四川广安。启蒙于广州西关培正小学；就读于武汉大学。任政治部战士歌舞团团长、总政歌舞团团长、中国人民解放军交响乐团团长、解放军艺术学院院长。作品《瞿琮文集》（12卷）《人生感悟》（4卷）音乐文学作品选集（24卷）及《我爱你  中国》等。
