        国家一级编剧。 

        字，泽林。

        湖南长沙人。

        出生于四川广安。启蒙于广州西关培正小学；就读于武汉大学。任广州军区政治部战士歌舞团团长、总政歌舞团团长、中国人民解放军交响乐团团长、解放军艺术学院院长。作品《瞿琮文集》（12卷）《人生感悟》（4卷）音乐文学作品选集（24卷）及《我爱你  中国》等。

几乎所有的人

都希望

自己

不要衰老

或是

可能的话

选择    在

衰老前死去

但是当人们衰老时

又常常舍不得离开

廉侯鸟

老人    把那一只

荷塘边

翠衣红嘴的小鸟

取名叫作    廉候

从    小荷尖尖

到并蒂

直至     残花败叶

鸟儿一直     相守

塘净了     她方才飞走

再来     大约早春时候

A “Lianhou” Bird

The old generation called

The green bird with a beak red

Beside the lotus pond 

“Lianhou” bird

She has been accompanying the lotus  

From when there appears a tender lotus flower bud

To the time twin lotus flowers on one stalk yield

Until the leaves die off after flowers fade

She leaves not until all lotus leaves wither

Then next early spring comes back the little creature

如果    一不小心

而大人物做了小动作

于是    令人啼笑皆非

悲剧就这样子发生了

杨秀波（yang xiubo），桂林理工大学副教授，上海外国语大学英语语言文学硕士，主要从事莎士比亚研究。曾在《译林》《外国文艺》《四川戏剧》等国内外刊物发表过多篇翻译作品和论文。

参与国家社会科学基金后期资助项目：《美国文学大辞典》（批准号：11fww012，商务印书馆出版）；教育部指导、上海外国语大学中国外语战略研究中心主持的“211工程”三期资助项目：中国外语战略动态。主持2013年度广西高等学校人文社会科学研究项目：莎士比亚研究及莎士比亚翻译研究（项目号：sk13lx494）；2016年度广西高等教育本科教学改革工程项目（项目编号：2016jga391）；2018年广西哲学社会科学规划研究课题“莎士比亚戏剧人物研究”（批准号：18bww002）。

曾出版专著《读哈姆莱特》（广西人民出版社出版），该书被英国不列颠图书馆、美国国会图书馆等权威机构收藏并获颁证书。
