Well I woke up this morning to an inbox full of server errors. Instantly thinking: A Denial of Service Attack, Oh No. But it‘s ‘just‘ the combo of Digg and Del.icio.us/Popular. So accept my apologies for any service interruptions. Interestingly my stats show a 3571% increase in visitors in the last 9 hours. You link addicts will bring down the internet!

A lot of DarkEye‘s visitors have been commenting on the use of AJAX throughout the site. So i thought i should explain some of the choices I made when implementing the technology...
While developing DarkEye I relied highly on manipulating the Document Object Model to provide all the fancy dynamic features. However I ran into many unexplained and poorly documented problems...
So the first 48 hours have passed and lots of you have already submitted your work. Some of the big players were quick to get there site into DarkEye! Thanks to everyone who´s sharing...
