Cardiac gated T1-weighted (Fig 3, scans 1 - 4) and gradient-echo (Fig 4, scans 1 - 5) axial images prove the masses to be large aneurysms of the proximal and mid right coronary artery and the proximal and mid left anterior descending coronary artery.  The right coronary aneurysm measures nearly 5 cm and the left measures almost 4 cm, with only small residual luminal artery (arrow in Fig 4A), the remainder being occupied by thrombus.
