国内15秒短视频引爆国外模仿潮

People have been filming short videos of their multi-generational families on the Chinese app TikTok — with an emphasis on the multi.

Each video starts with either a son or daughter on screen, calling for their dad or mom respectively. Then that dad or mom appears, and calls for their dad or mom. Then that parent calls for their parent, until four generations are standing together.

最近，来自抖音(Tik Tok)的一系列“四世同堂”(Four Generations under One Roof)的短视频在国外社交媒体上火了(goes viral on social media）。

视频最初是由一个小女孩喊“妈”(calling out "Ma!")，妈妈应声走到镜头前再喊“妈”。

外婆、曾外祖母(great-grandmother)依次出场，喜笑颜开走了进来(entering the room beaming)。

这个视频一出，马上在国内引起了模仿。有人称之为“四世同堂”挑战。

之后视频被Buzzfeed编辑Kassy Cho转发到推特上。

第一个视频目前已有超过34万人转发，近140万人点赞，点击量超过1900万(receiving over 19 million views)。

视频所传达的正能量(wholesome energy),在不同国家、不同文化的网友之间引起了共鸣。

“四世同堂”风已经席卷了外国社交媒体后，网友们纷纷效仿(followed suit)，晒出各国版本。
