本案以中式韵味为基调，沿用了许多现代元素灯光阵列设计，其中线性线型灯光的运用起到关键性的点缀作用。

很多时候，过渡空间与主空间设计的基调一致性把控上尤为重要，设计的艺术表现细节也在于此。

餐厅部分的设计，在大环境沿用传统中式的基础上做出了一些小调整，例如开放式厨房外侧的西餐厅与开放式厨房保持现代中式基调，而招待客人的内侧传统中餐厅在设计氛围的营造上更加注重传统的底蕴。

卧室空间设计多沿用了现代简约设计风格，其中以新中式为基调的现代设计风格，木制作直接或间接的穿插其中，保证整体风格不丢失主观性。

二层起居室空间承载的区域使用功能还是挺多的，例如这个空间需要有简单会客、闲暇休息、洗衣机收纳壁柜、连接外部空间与卧室的过道。

所以既要平衡各个功能对空间的利用度，又要保证风格不凌乱的设计过度舒适性，设计思路此时显得尤为重要。

在设计的过程中，有些时候次卧与次次卧总会由得与不由得的多改那么几次稿，有的局部设计很成熟没有过稿，而有的确实不够严谨，无妨雅俗共赏。

第三层总面积合计103㎡，整层作为主卧套房使用，其中包含步梯间、电梯间门厅、主卧、主卧室阳台功能区、独立卫生间、独立衣帽间，各个空间都有所属的区域功能与用途，将其中各个感官与体验的意识用设计的思路总结归纳，后期施行与落地，林林总总归纳为六个字“知轻重，大而整”！
