我最关注的还是奶酪，来自美国、西班牙、澳大利亚、土耳其、德国以及国内的奶酪企业，展出了新鲜奶酪、成熟奶酪、休闲奶酪等各国著名的奶酪。

西班牙最著名的奶酪：曼彻格。

这是一款来自美国的奶油奶酪，春节前有酪友寄给我两盒，让我品鉴，口感和质量都很好。可惜还没有正式进入中国市场。
沙特阿拉伯也来了：三角奶酪、奶油奶酪、稀奶油、炼乳。包装都很特别，竟然用高端的无菌康美包（SIG）。(神奇的奶酪 )。
