Rock分享的故事中大部分的中英文以及配图由她本人提供，作为这项活动的发起者陶理在征得同意的基础上，做了部分英文翻译的修改，标点符号和段落布局，做了符合手机阅读的排版，也附上了个人评论。
我的奶奶她在年轻的时候，起初和绝大部分当时的女性一样只是在农村种田，但是她后来应该是不甘于只是种田这样种一辈子。
又或许是她觉得这样赚钱赚的不多（当时好像是要将老房子翻成两层的楼房，所以应该是比较需要钱的时候）等等各种原因综合起来，所以她就开始探索其他方面的事情来做。
直到后来，她开始养蚕、开始种桑树，起初的情况是很艰苦的。
因为周围没有任何人有这方面的经历和经验，所以当困难出现的时候（比如：没摸清桑树的生长习性导致无收成而养的蚕便没了饲料），那时的奶奶是很无助的；
而且据说当时有一个男邻居还对奶奶冷嘲热讽，说她养蚕一定不会成功的。
这就更激发出奶奶的斗志了，奶奶和我说她当时就是别人越说她不行、她就越要努力做好、让别人心服口服。
后来，经过奶奶的不断地摸索状况渐渐变好了，奶奶的养蚕规模也逐渐扩大了，村里很多人开始效仿奶奶一样养蚕；
奶奶养蚕的名气越来越大了，当年县里别的村、别的镇也开始来找奶奶让奶奶过去传授养蚕经验，其中不乏许多男性的学习者。
最后，之前提到的那名男邻居虽然没有和当时大部分邻居一样加入养蚕队伍，但是奶奶说他的态度有些转变了……
When my grandmother was young, she only farmed in the countryside like most women at that time, but then she wouldn't settle for a lifetime of farming.
Or perhaps she felt that she did not make much money (it seemed like she was going to turn the old house into a two-story building, so it should be a time that she needs money).
And there were some other possible reasons, so she started exploring other things to do.
Later, she started to rear silkworms and plant mulberry trees.
At first, it was very difficult because no one around had any experience in this field, so when difficulties arose (e.g., silkworms did not have any fodder because she did not understand the growing habits of Mulberry Trees), my grandmother was helpless.
At the same time, one of her neighbors was said to have made a mockery of her. He said she would not succeed in silkworm rearing, which inspired my grandmother's fighting spirit.
My grandma told me that the more people said she could not achieve the goal, the harder she had to work to make others sincerely convinced.
After my grandmother's constant groping, the situation gradually improved and her scale of sericulture gradually expanded.
Many people in the village began to follow her example of sericulture. Grandma's reputation for sericulture grew, so some leaders of other villages and towns in the county also began to look for grandma to teach their villagers some silkworm rearing experience (many of them were male learners).
Moreover, the male neighbor who had been mentioned before did not join the sericulture team like most of his neighbors at the time, but according to my grandmother’s words, his attitude towards my grandmother had changed at last.

用实力说话是我觉得非常有力量的表达方式之一。
I think one of the most powerful ways to express yourself is to make it your success.
但我们也不应该只是为Rock奶奶取得的成就庆贺，至少我也期待看到这里的会对其他努力生活、拼搏的人进行冷嘲热讽或者故意泼冷水的人说一句：
你这样嘲讽有必要吗？
But let us not just celebrate the achievements Rock's grandma made, at least I hope that people, who tease or say something bad to others who are trying to make an effort so that they can get rid of their own difficulties, can ask one question:
Is it necessary for you to tease?
尽管最终似乎这位男邻居（在这个故事里是男性，但我也知道在其他故事里可能是女性）的态度有转变，但或多或少还是会让我觉得在别人尽力去尝试摆脱困境的时候，不伸手拉一把是可以的，但落井下石说风凉话还是算了吧。
In spite of the attitude change, more or less I feel awful to know that someone (in this story is a guy but I know in other stories maybe another woman) did this to her. It is okay that you don't give a hand when others try to deal with the difficulty, but it is not a choice to just tease and let alone mock.
