1 a couple of cozy bedrooms 好几个舒适的卧室

 a double garage 能停两辆车的车库

It would be conveniently located, have a couple of cozy bedrooms, a spacious living room, a roomy kitchen and a double garage. 地理位置会很不错，有好几个舒适的卧室，有宽敞的客厅和厨房，有个能停两辆车的车库。

2 an average house 一间普通的房子

It would be an average house, nothing too fancy. 这会是一间普通的房子，不会太豪华。

3 plenty of appliances in the kitchen 厨房有很多家电

There should be plenty of appliances in the kitchen, like a gas stove, a microwave, a fridge and a dishwasher. 在厨房有很多家电，像是煤气炉，微波炉，冰箱和洗碗机。

4 high-definition TV set 高清电视

As for the TV set, it should be a high-definition TV set with a large screen. 至于电视，应该是个高清大屏的电视机。

5 pay a mortgage/ˈmɔːɡɪdʒ/ 还房贷

Maybe I might pay a mortgage pretty much on a monthly basis， but it shouldn't be too much. 而且我可能会差不多每个月都还房贷。不过不会很多。

6 a swing set 秋千组合（通常带滑梯那种）

There should be a swing set in the courtyard. And I guess it would be really fun to play on the swing. 院子里应该有个秋千组合，我觉得荡秋千会很有意思的。
