脱硫塔PH值校验步骤

一,校验前,准备工作:

Before calibration, prepared the following work:

• 1）准备好干净的毛巾,两个干净的桶,蒸馏水一瓶,三个干净的空瓶子,PH=4.01红色的酸试剂,PH=10.01绿色碱性试剂和PH=7.00的黄色中性试剂.

Prepare clean soft towel, two clean barrel, one bottle of distilled water, three vacuum bottles, PH=4.01, PH=10.01and PH=7.00 solution.

• 2）脱硫塔必须是停止的.

Stop the EGC sys.

• 3）选择一种操作模式.

Select a specific operation model.

• 4）关掉取样泵的进口阀.

Switch off a sample pump in the inlet line.

• 5）确定操作屏和取样单元正确无误的接好.也可以从另外一个上面取过来使用.显示正常后,按确认键.

Make sure the control unit it has connected in the front. If not, just borrow from another panel. After it scaling, accept the message.

• 6）关掉进口阀和出口阀.然后将放残阀打开泄掉压力.

Turn off the inlet and outlet valve of sample unit and then open the drain valve.

• 7）将样水瓶从上面取出.水倒入干净的桶备用.将样水瓶底部其清洁干净.

Careful unscrew the sample bottle of PH sensor, clean the bottle under side after draining the water into the prepared barrel.

二,校验过程:

1)点击左下角,会出来如下图所示图标.选择第一个图标,会出现主菜单.然后选择SENSOR SETUP.用对勾进行确认(下同).

From the main menu, select sensor set up and confirm.

2)再选择PH SC,确认.

Select the appropriate sensor if more than one sensor is attached and confirm.

3)选择校验和确认.

Select calibrate and confirm.

4)选择两个位置手动校验模式.再选择需要的模式.本轮选择ACTIVE 模式并确认.(特别注意,视频中全部是TRANSFER模式.)

Select 2 point manual CAL and select the available output mode (active hold or transfer) from the list box and confirm.

5)用毛巾擦干净探头后,将PH=4.01的红色酸性试剂放入探头中,需要将探头全部没入试剂中.然后按确认键.让它稳定后,会出来下图上的屏幕.不管出来的数字显示什么,都输入4.01后确认.

Move the clean probe to solution and confirm, press enter when stable. Edit the solution value using the keyboard and confirm.

6)然后用蒸馏水清洁一下探头,再用干净的毛巾将其擦拭干净.再将PH=10.01的蓝色碱性试剂放入探头中,并确认.稳定后,一样会出现下图的屏幕,此时输入10.01并按确认键.

Move the clean probe to solution and confirm, press enter when stable. Edit the solution value using the keyboard and confirm.

• 7）将碱性试剂拿掉后,再清洁探头一次,系统会显示两位手动校验模式结束.按对勾确认.这是校验完成,按HOME键,回到最初始的位置.

A screen will display 2 point manual CAL complete and the slope (XX.X MV/PH)

• 8）为了验证探头检验无误,我们使用PH=7.00的黄色中性试剂测试一遍.允许有一点点误差.然后将探头用毛巾清洁干净.

Use the PH=7.00 solutions to check the result. A small deviation can accept.

9）将刚刚倒入桶中的水再次装入样水罐中.并将其安装好.水位应该在样水罐的记号线处.

Put the sea water into the sample bottle of PH sensor to the setting level.

10.)最后,将放残考克关闭.先将出口阀打开,再开进口阀.有时候刚刚开启的时候,会有气,所以需要放空气.否则水量会低报警.

At Last, close the drain valve; open the outlet valve and then the inlet valve of sample unit.

三,校验完成后

1. 1.)   如果是将样水泵关掉,则将样水泵开启,并将其摆到自动模式.

If you switch off a sample pump at the beginning, switch it back to automatic mode.

1. 2.)   如果是将脱硫塔关掉,则重启脱硫塔.

If the scrubber was stopped, start the scrubber.

1. 3.)   检查面板和接头处是否有泄漏情况.

Check the water analyzer panel for leaks.

1. 4.)   将校验保养记录在脱硫塔日志和轮机日志中.

Write your maintenance activities in the log book.

备注:如果在第4步中选择了TRANSFER也没关系.但是系统会有警报出现.此时需要将883电源箱电源关掉重启即可.
