URBAN MORPHOLOGY

360度城市包含了很多层环 - 水边区域,CBD环, 运河区域 - 每个都独特而连续。每个环或者区域都有自身的形态和特点,同时构成了连续而交织的城市肌理。肌理其中的辐射状纤维,也就是重要的商业街,发散开去,将360度城市和周边的混合城市与现状城市交织连接起来。

The 360° City consists of several layered rings - the Waterfront District, the CBD Loop, and the Canal District - that are at the same time distinctive and continuous. Each ring, or district, has its own morphology of and characteristics, while at the same time forming a continuous and interwoven urban fabric. The radial fibers of this fabric - namely the important commercial streets - branch out to connect and interweave the 360° Citywith the Hybrid City adjacent to it and the Existing City beyond.

切割+圈地

围墙与被看守的入口将基地切割,围绕超大街区的一圈围墙,变成行人穿行的巨大障碍。

对大多数城市居民来说,形成一个巨大的黑洞,切断了都市中愉快,连续的漫游体验。

CUT + FENCE

FOR THE MAJORITY OF CITY DWELLERS THE BLOCK BECOMES AN OBSTACLE TO MOVE AROUND ON THE WAY TO SOMEWHERE ELSE, RATHER THAN A DESTINATION AND A CONTINUATION OF A PLEASURABLE MEANDERING URBAN EXPERIENCE.

实体建筑

很多城市中,建筑物惯常坐落于基地正中,远离街道界面,视觉上虽然制造出复杂感,但实际体验上,却对公共空间鲜有贡献,可以看但不能摸。

OBJECT BUILDINGS

MUCH OF THE CITY IS MADE FROM OBJECT BUILDINGS THAT SIT IN THE MIDDLE OF A PLOT OF LAND, REMOVED FROM THE STREET. THEY MAKE THE VISUAL ASPECT OF THE CITY LOOK COMPLEX, 

BUT EXPERIENTIALLY THEY OFFER LITTLE OR NOTHING TO THE PUBLIC. YOU CAN LOOK BUT YOU CANNOT TOUCH. 

剩余的景观

深圳的城市景观设计经常用来遮掩围绕整个街区的难看的围栏,或者填满尴尬的“之间”空间,虽美但不可用,只作为景观,但却不能体验。

四个楔形绿廊将不同的脉络(南山、大海、河流、湿地)插入高密度的城市环岛,形成形态各异的公园,公园同时也是花园城市,拥有不同主题,丰富城市功能,又与高密度城市形成强烈景观对比。

Four wedge-shaped green corridors introduce different contexts into qianhai and create parks with diversified functions and forms. These zones are not park nor city but hybrid garden cities. The parks add rich and diverse urban programs that cohabitate and interact with the ecological landscape and add contrast to the typical urban structure.

公园park

一年之内建一座城市简直是天方夜谭,因此城市发展需要时间。城市发展对于储备空间以备将来之用是很重要的,不只意味着建设城市,也意味着绿化风景。我们把绿化和水系统引进到城市,也把城市与水系统和风景交融。人们应与大自然身心交融,大自然与文化又应呼应。所有这些必须被纳入计划进程之中。特别市区景点对重要和有吸引力的城市形如发电机,起到穿针引线的作用。 

360城市与周围风景浑为一体:大南山的森林公园与南面的小南山,东北部的城市绿色走廓。新城的绿色结构渐渐与原有的结构相结合,支持目前的植物群和动物群,并创造新的功能。四个主要的辐射状公园把风景融入到新的城市结构。

360城内的所有公园都是辐射状的。从大型的社区公园到袖珍式公园和绿色大道。这一圈公园从设计上起到净化水资源的作用,这则是设计的主导思想。

在360城的四个部分之间是大型的社区公园。这些公园配有文化和教育设施。同时,他们还配有巨大的自然生物滤化系统,以净化水资源。

360城内的城市结构是小型的袖珍型公园。袖珍型公园在城市结构内创造了空间感。周围风景区功能。

One cannot build a city in one year. Urban development takes time. It’s important to reserve space for the future. Urban development doesn’t only mean to build the city, but also to build the landscape. We introduce landscape and water into the city and the city into the water and landscape. People should live with nature. Nature and culture should interact. All this has to be considered in the planning process. Special urban spots act as generators for vital and interesting cities, as a kind of “Urban puncture”. 

360 city has strong relation with surrounding landscape: the Forest park of the Dananshan and XiaoNanshan mountain on the south, the urban green corridor on the north- east part. The green structure of the new city is gradually connected with the existing structure to support the present flora and fauna and create new one. The four main radial parks bringing the landscape into the new urban structure.

Al parks within 360city have a radial shape. From the large community parks to the pocket parks and the green boulevards. A ring of parks to purify the water. that is the main philosophy . 

Between the four parts of 360city are the large scale community parks. The parks have cultural en educational facilities. At the same time they function as giant natural bio filters that clean the water.

Within the urban fabric of 360city are smaller pocket parks. The pocket parks create a sense of space within the urban fabric. The function on neighbourhood level. 

天然体育公园

在天然体育公园举办庆祝活动是辐射状公园的主要特色之一。

在此,可举办大型的体育活动,公园为蜂巢型的结构。肋拱由狭长的绿色屋顶的景观建筑物连接。这些建筑物配有教育设施和室内体育设施。中间还配有室外体育设施。公园四周绿地环绕,小瀑布内有着诸多蜂巢型的水盆,错落有致,符合净化水资源的设计。

Sport in Nature Park

Celebration of activities in the Nature Sport Park characterize one of the main radial parks. 

In this park most of the large scale sports activities are located.. The park has a hive shaped structure. the ribs are articulated by long landscape buildings with green roofs. These buildings have educational- and interior sporting facilities. In between are the outdoor sporting facilities. The park is surrounded by wetlands and a series if hive shaped basins in a cascade like order. the basis purify the waterWithin the park the street network shifts to follow the rules of the hive structure.

创意产业公园

创意公园深圳设计之都的定位,与前海的高端服务业关系密切,体现强大的精神力量。与大自然交融,体现得更加完美。这个重要的景观结构(城市绿色走廓)在深圳将收到惊人的效果。这个文化与艺术公园,在适于居住的天然剧场一起,在不同的季节:春、夏、秋、冬,同时上演人间美剧,其也荣称城市娱乐的独特绿洲。

公园配有大型的文化设施如博物馆和剧院。他们设置在绿色屋顶和立面的大型景观建筑物之内。公园的主题为世界水上公园。公园配有游泳池、平台、小瀑布和喷泉,创造一幅美仑美唤的风景,可为人们休闲娱乐的理想去处。

Creative Industry Park

Creative park applies with the positioning of Shenzhen as the capital of design, correlate strongly with the high-end service industries in qianhai, embodied a mighty spirit power .Those couldn’t be better presented and hosted than in combination with nature. The main landscape structure on the Shenzhen (Urban Green Corridor) will received amazing croon – The Culture and Art Park with the liveable theatre of nature where the different time zones are present at the same time, spring, summer, fall and winter has his own performance and the city unique oases of relaxation. 

In this park the large scale cultural facilities like museums and theatres are located. They are housed in large scale landscape buildings with green roofs and facades. The theme of this park is: the water gardens of the world. A series of gardens with swimming pools, terraces, cascaded and fountains create an intimate recreational landscape.

高科技公园

这里欢迎各地科研公司来此设立办公区,进行试验和创新活动。公园特别体现城市景观的内涵。科技保护大自然-母亲并赋予现代工业的高质量水准。

该公园设有污水处理厂,配有一系列相连的大型水盆环绕周围,可以净化水资源。这些高科技公园的景观建筑有圆形的、也有圆柱形的,均配有教育和科研设施,共同构成科技园区。

High-Tech Park

Experimental and innovative environmental research companies are welcome to facilitate their offices in the High-Tech Park. Park which opens the door to the future definition of urban landscape. Technology who protects the mother nature and takes core of the highest quality of the modern industry.

This park is connected to the sewage plant. The park consists of a series of connected large scale basins that purify the water. All basins have rings around it. Some of them are ring parks some of them are cylindrical shaped landscape buildings. Together they form a hybrid bio-techno landscape with educational and research facilities. 

袖珍公园

这些邻区公园主要设有学校和健康设施,公园的规划与城市结构的严格的放射状结构形成对照。他们构成了一系列曲线型绿色带。

在可爱的水湖中央,袖珍式的公园点缀其间像一串绿色的水上平台。一些袖珍公园建在360城外,那里您可以纵观海景。形的、也有圆柱形的,均配有教育和科研设施,共同构成科技园区。

Pocket parks

These neighbourhood parks have primarily schools and health facilities. the layout of the parks is in contrast with the strict radial structure of the urban fabric. they consist of a series curved green strips. More to the centre of the sweet water lake the pockets parks are clustered as a series of green piers. Some of the pocket parks are on the outside of 360 city. Here you can experience the ocean view. 

湖滨公园

在甜水湖中央,连续的木板人行道与周围及码头相连。人们可以在此骑自行车游戏或在此玩耍。同时,此处也是一个公共交通枢纽。 

360城内的码头设有多处不同的水岸,这些水岸组成了一个巨大的娱乐海滨公园。你会发现绿色的山坡、一连串的台阶缓缓延伸到绿色的水中。

Lake Garden

To the centre of the sweet water lake there is a continues boardwalk that connects all neighbourhoods and piers. People can bicycle or jog here. There is also a public transport system running over it. 

The piers on the inside of 360city have varies of different borders. Together they form a giant recreational border park. Sometimes you’ll see green slopes, some times a series of stairs slowly running into the water .

由海上望去,这个公园更加富有活力!可以看到潮水留下的清晰的梯纹。同时也将为蛙类提供一个绝佳的繁殖地

Sea Garden

On the seaside the borders are more robust. Here you’ll see stony terraces that will be floded by the tide. This will provide a perfect breeding ground for clams. 

联系是城市的本质要求,前海地区具备良好的海、陆、空交通资源,是珠三角地区最具交通综合优势的发展地区。但前海地区原有的为物流产业发展而规划的快速路和疏港交通体系,对未来前海区的发展亦有负面影响,需进行改善。

Connections are the essential requirements of a city. Equipped with the good transportation resources on land on sea and in the sky, qianhai is the most valuable development area with the most comprehensive transportation advantages among Pearl River delta. However, the original expressways and port discharge systems for the logistics industries, will have adverse effects and in need of improvements.


原规划的沿江高速、海滨大道阻断湾区视野,亦影响水上交通,建议改为水底隧道(或跨海桥)。拆除平南铁路,将原规划的南坪快速外移于此,既在湾区核心释放大量高价值建设用地,避免高速路阻隔城市临海面,同时与沿江高速交汇处的大型立交也随之东移,避免破坏海岸空间。

The existing master plan is polluted with the presence of several major traffic corridors that ruin great natural resource of the bay. 

Our proposal is to lower the Yanjiang freeway and Hai Bin Highway into a trans bay tunnel(or bridge) leaving an open bay for spectacular panorama views of the city skyline. Alternately, if resources prohibit an underground scheme, we propose a spectacular bridge across the bay creating another landmark within the city. The Nanping expressway will be relocated along with the high power utilities to a ring road at the city periphery. These moves free up large amounts of high-value developable land, and avoid the situation where freeways obstruct the seaward surfaces and continue to allow unobstructed traffic flow across the site. The large interchange at the junction points of yanjiang freeway is relocated eastward to avoid ruin coastal spaces.

隧道还是桥?

现状规划方案中,有三条横穿海湾的高速路:沿江高速(广州-深圳-香港), 海滨大道和南坪快速。而这些大路成为城市和海湾之间的巨大屏障。我们建议将南坪快速从湾边调整至规划区域的东南侧。而沿江高速和海滨大道的位置不可能调整,他们穿过湾区中间。

为了制造出淡水湖,需要先把湾中池水放干,正好提供修建隧道的机会,在3d透视图和模型中可以看到我们的解决方案。如果实际操作造价太高,也可以改成2座桥梁。

Tunnel or bridge?

The current master plan there are three highways that run trough the bay: Yanjiang Expressway (Guangzhou – Shenzhen – Kongkong ), Haibin Blvd and Nanping Highway . These highways form a giant barrier between the city and the sea. Our proposition is to shift the planned position of the Nanping Highway from the bay side to the main road at the south-east side of the plan area. 

It is impossible to shift the planned position of the Yanjiang Expressway and the Haibin Blvd. These highways run trough centre of the bay. 

To create the sweet water lake the bay has to be emptied first. This opens the possibility to construct tunnels (in dry conditions) for these two highways running trough the bay. In the presented 3d-images and the 3d model we have assumed this option. If proven to be to expensive it is always possible to shift to two bridges.

城市主干道均能通达湾区,湾区内由过渡区到核心区路网密度呈梯度增加,路面收窄,并逐渐过渡为单行线。在核心区中央大道下设置地下快速车道,提高交通效率。同时通过控制停车位数量和道路宽度以及提高收费等手段抑制私家车进入湾区。

All major roads of the existing urban fabric is continue into the 360 city to maintain strong connectivity to Shenzhen and the PRD. The road network density gradient increase from the Hybrid City to the CBD Loop, where the roads narrow and transit to one-way street gradually. The central business boulevard creates a great pedestrian and public transit loop with local traffic at grade and express through traffic below grade to facilitate traffic without disrupting the pedestrian experience at grade. By limiting parking spaces and road width and providing ample public transportation we attempt to restrain private cars from the 360 city
