文/ 两又同齐
很多人都说国外的疫情已经成开放状态，因此可能造成国外客户对我们现阶段的静默在家，工厂停工等现象无法理解， 除去搜索官方的一些英文报道之外，我们也可以发一些时事照片，最好将手机拍照的日期显示出来，这样就会更加有说服力，还可以进行一些事实的具体描述来增加事情的具体性，形象性，想象性。
比如在做核酸排队的时候，看到穿着防护服的工作人员正在紧张忙碌地做核酸检查， 此时我们可以说：It is beacuse the outbreak of the covid-19 continues here, now a pandemic prevention worker wears a protective suit, and the people are lining up and 2 meters between each person. we are now getting a swab test at the gate of our housing estate. 因为疫情的反复，现在防护人员穿着防护服，人们每人间隔两米排成一排在小区大门口做核酸。
接着可以描述孩子们在家上网课的图片：
now all the students are back home from school and stay home studying at the net, some students even are taking into the isolation areas. 现在所有的孩子放学回家上网课，一些学生甚至被带入了隔离区。
然后可以截图小区网格员的通知：
now our local goverment make a notice that all people stay at home and lockdown for 3 days without leaving our community. so no workers in our facory and office, now all people work at home , just like me, chatting with you in my room.
现在我们政府发布已通知， 所有人都呆在家里，不得离开社区，封闭三天，所以现在工厂和办公室里都没有人，都在家里工作， 就像此时的我，正在自己房间里和你聊天。
接着是一系列的保证和安慰。
对于已经下单和等待生产的客户：
Well., please do not worry, we will do our best to arrange prodcuction one by one once the goverment lifts the prevention & control， we will keep ourselves safety at the same time with the over work day and night to guarantee you can get the goods in time to open your market.
请放心，一旦政府解除防控，我们会尽最大力量去有序的安排订单，我们会在夜以继日赶工的同时，保证自身安全的情况下，来确保您能及时收到到货物，打开你们的市场。
对于货物已经做好并且等待发货的客户。
At least, all our orders have been finished, and just waiting for shipping, please check the commodities' vedio and pictures, we will keep contacting with the different company forwaders for booking the early shipping date, at same time. The goods will be first shipped when we get the release notices from our goverment, I think it will return back to normal soon.
最起码，我们的订单已经完成，只是等着发货，请检查货物的视频和产品图片，我们会同时和不同的货代公司保持着密切联系 以便可以订到最近日期的船，这样，一旦收到政府解封的通知，我们就可以安排装运货物，我相信不久的将来一定会恢复正常。
对于正在洽谈还未成单的客户，
by the way, I guess we will update the price again as the materials will be rised after the covid-19,so it is wisdom to put the order now before our quote list update.
Please be rest assured, we have 4 production lines and many workers, it will not effect the future delivery time. friend,
now we can use this time discuss the details of the order and make a deal, then we can start the production when factory can be re-working, so your idea?
顺便说一下，疫情结束后，原材料会涨价，我们的价格可能会上调， 所以如果现在下单的话可能是一个明智的原则， 请放心，我们有4条生产线和最够的工人，不会影响未来的交期，现阶段我们可以商量合同的细节并且敲定合同，等到开工后就可以直接生产，意下如何？
寄希望一下未来：I believe we will reover normal soon, if every one can keep hisself safety , the spring will be not far， and expect some day we can face to face communicate instead of the net and type words,
我相信如果每个人都能保证自身安全，那么我们很快就会恢复如常，春天也不会再遥远，希望有一天我们可以面对面的交流而不是只能通过网络和打字。
复工后通知客户：
