Myname is Yang Dan-ling. Yang is my family name and Dan-ling is my first name. MyEnglish name is Doris.  I’m a 12-year-oldgirl.  I study in the high school ofBeijing Institute of Technology.  I’m inclass 4 grade 7.

I have many friends in my class.  I likethem very well.

Then I'll tell you something about myfamily.  There are 3 people in my family,my father, my mother and me.  My fatheris an engineer and my mother is a weather-forecaster.  They always help me with my   homework. I love my family.

Myfavorite subject is geography.  I likethe feeling when I read the map.  And itis also about tour.  I love thetraveling.  I’m good at that andinterested in it.  Maybe I will get a jobabout geography in the future.

Myfavorite color is blue.  Since the sky isblue.  When I see the sky or somethinglike blue, it can give me a sense of tranquility.  I want to be a sensible girl.

接下来我要介绍我的家庭。我的家里有三口人。我爸爸，我妈妈还有我。我爸爸是一名工程师；我妈妈是一位天气预报员。他们总是对我的学习给予帮助。我爱我的家庭。

我最喜欢的科目是地理，因为我喜欢看地图的感觉，同时，我也喜欢旅行。正因为我擅长地理，也对它感兴趣，我也许会在将来从事与地理有关的职业。

我最喜欢的颜色是蓝色。因为天空是蓝色的。我很喜欢独自仰望天空或观察其他蓝色的东西时获得的宁静。我想做一个理智的姑娘。
