Use this checklist when planning a large-scale ACES kaizen event toensure all details needed to make the event successful are completed. For more detailed information and examples ofeach of the following line items, please refer to the ACES Kaizen Events Reference Guide or contact your Regional LeanLeader (KPO or Process Improvement Specialist).
