 1-Come up with Big Hairy Audacious Goals to challenge the team and the status quo ·BHAG Goal is audacious, likely to be questionable 

 2-Create a platform for the HPT to come together ·Consistent scheduled meeting ·Set up the HPT board for Track&Trend goals and improvements activities

 3-Select a facilitator to offer a safe space for the HPT team to come together and collaborate

 4-Provide technical support to the team

 5-Celebrate Team Results and Achievements
