cruel和brutal的区别？

 cruel是残忍的，往往指人品、性格等心理面。

brutal是野蛮的，往往指手段、方式等操作面。
 

brutal :a.野蛮的，残忍的，冷酷的，尤指野兽般的残酷。
如：a brutal attack 野蛮的袭击

cruel:a .残忍的，残暴的，尤指虐待性的。
如：Tigers are cruel by nature.老虎生性残暴。

 cruel〓一般用词,指行动或态度的残忍.

brutal〓指极端的残忍,强调无情或缺乏同情心,含不择手段的意味
