Introduction

The pies respectively illustrate how three nutrients, whose excessive[过度的]intake[“摄入”,名词] is unhealthful, are eaten by Americans during the four meals.

尤其关注句子主语概念/形式的多样化设计(橘红色的)

Take 100 grams of sodium as an example, dinner is the meal in which 43 grams are taken in, followed by lunch, at which 29 grams are eaten. The remaining 28 grams are evenly split over breakfast and snacks. Americans take in saturated fat most likely during their dinners, as the intake accounts for 37 percent of the daily total. They eat saturated fat less likely during their lunches, breakfasts, and least likely (16 percent) when they eat snacks. The highest level of daily intake of added sugar happens over snacks, and as much as 42 out of 100 grams of added sugar is taken in when Americans eat snacks. Ranging from 16 percent to 23 percent, breakfast, lunch and dinner are the meals during which Americans are less likely take in added sugar.

本期学习重点(敲黑板,划重点):句子主语概念/形式的多样化设计可以丰富句型

Conclusion

Overall, the pattern of intake varies from one nutrient to another, and the intake of one nutrient varies from meal to meal.
