Unit 4:  Where’s my schoolbag?

一．语法部分

（一）  Where引导的特殊疑问句

Where意为“在哪里，到哪里”。用来对句子中的某一地点进行提问。如：

The book is on the desk.

Where is the book?

在上句中，on the book意为“在桌子上”，如果对这个地点进行提问的话，就要用到特殊疑问词“where”，同时，原来的陈述语序the book is…要改为… is the book?此点和我们汉语有所不同。请大家着重注意。

请大家对下列句子进行提问：

My pen is in the pencil box.

His soccer is under the table.

Bob’s pencil is on his bed.

（二）  介词+名词表示地点

一些介词，如：in, on, under等后面+名词可以表示地点，如本单元中的：on the table, under the table, inthe schoolbag等。

（三）名词变复数

1. 英语和汉语一样，名词也有单数和复数之分，一个即是单数，两个以上即为复数，变法如下：

   1.       通常在词尾+s, 如：book—books, pen—pens

   2.       以f,fe结尾的，变f或fe为v,再+es, 如：knife—knives, wolf—wolves

   3.       以辅音字母+y结尾的，变y为i,再+es,如：fly—flies, dictionary—dictionaries

   4.       以元音字母+y结尾的，直接+s,如：key—keys, monkey--monkeys

   5.       以s,x,sh,ch结尾的，加es,如：bus—buses, box—boxes, brush—brushes,watch—watches

   6.       有生命的以o结尾的，加es,如：potato—potatoes, tomato—tomatoes,hero—heroes,

   7.       无生命的以o结尾的，加s,如：zoo—zoos

   8.       不规则变化，如：man—men, woman—women

B 名词复数读音

1. 名词最后一个音素为清辅音，那么所加的s或es读作[ s ], 如：book—books, map—maps

2. 名词最后一个音素为浊辅音，那么所加的s或es读作[ z ],如：pen—pens, bag—bags

3. 名词最后一个音素为[ t ],那么所加的s或es和[ t ]组合在一起读[ ts ],如：hat—hats

4. 名词最后一个音素为[ d ],那么所加的s或es和[ d ]组合在一起读[ dz ],如：head—heads

5. 名词最后一个字母为s, x, sh, ch，那么所加的es读作[ Iz ],如：bus—buses, box—boxes等。

二．短语和句子

1. on      在.....上面

2. in       在......里面

3. under         在......下面

4. on the sofa在沙发上

5. under the table在桌子底下

6. on your head在你脑袋上

7. in his schoolbag在他的书包里

8. come on    过来，加油

9. English books英语书

10. model plane飞机模型

11. tape player录音机

12. in the bookcase在书柜里

13. on her bed在她床上

14. in our room在我们房间里

15. Gina always asks. Gina总是问。

16. I have a clock.我有一个钟表。

17. The white model plane is hers.白色的飞机模型是她的。

18. –Is it under the table? –No, itisn’t.它在桌子上吗？不，它没有。
