拉萨大昭寺，是藏传佛教的圣地之一，也是世界文化遗产的重要组成部分。

大昭寺始建于唐代的松赞干布时期，是由文成公主亲自选址并督建的。随着西藏历史的发展，大昭寺也经历了兴衰更迭。

正殿供奉有文成公主从长安带来的释迦牟尼十二岁等身像，是藏传佛教的圣地之一。寺庙内的布局严谨而有序，主次分明。
