看美剧“读懂”英语：I can't help it什么意思？

看美剧学英语是个好方法，但不等于“用”中文去“读懂”英语就算“学会了”英语：你“读”英语“说”(已知的，学过的)英语的能力没有因为看美剧而有任何改变，没有得到任何训练。所以，虽然你看了很多(用中文懂的)美剧，让你“说”一句完整的英语(思维)句子你可能都做不到。这就是只用中文“看懂”美剧带来的“后遗症”。

When someone says “I can’t help it,” or "I can't help doing it,”they mean they don't want to do a particular thing because they know it's not good, but they can't stop themselves from doing it.
