Grace(英诗两首)

1.     Losing means gaining

It's bitter to lose what you have ever possessed

Just because you have possessed

Which gives you an illusion

What you have possessed should be granted to you

It's hopeful to seek what you haven't possessed

Just because you haven't possessed

Which gives you an illusion

What you have not possessed will be granted to you

But in bitterness, you will lose

In hope, you will not be sure to gain

And later, you will find,

What you have lost is a bless

While what you will gain will be a curse

Between the two, what's your choice?

You can't answer the question

Except your fate

You are created, so you obey the Creator.

2.

I often see trees out of the window

That’re green and yellow before I can know

Sometime I want to touch them with a hand

But either too high on the flat or too low on the road.

I name them everyday in accordance with my mood

This time, hero as Prometheus, this time, a coward

Once I think of a name for them all, Grace

And then the name is rooted in my sense

I know everything comes from HIM in life

And we should return to HIM by belief.
