【邮件英文】Apology Email for Wrong Order-弄错订单的道歉信

Dear Mr. Cruz,  

克鲁兹先生，

I would like to apologize for our mistake in sending you the wrong order. This email is in regards to the order placed by your company on 10th of May 2016. 

由于我们的失误，将您的订单弄错，在此，向您表示歉意。我写这封邮件是基于贵司今年5月10日下的订单。

You had placed an urgent order with us for the delivery of two thousand pieces of H7 automotive lamps. But, instead of delivering H7 automotive lamps we ended up delivering to you two thousand pieces of H4 automotive lamps. We mixed your order with another order from another customer who had placed an order of two thousand H4 automotive lamps. 

贵司曾给我们下需求2000支H7汽车灯泡的紧急订单，我们给贵司出的是2000支H4汽车灯泡，而不是贵司需要的H7汽车灯泡。我们将贵司的H7汽车灯泡订单与另一客户的H4汽车灯泡订单搞混了。

I understand that you must have suffered business losses due to the mistake made by us. On behalf of Mr. Trump, our General Manager, I assure that we will compensate for your losses with the payment in your next order. Here, I also promise that we won't commit such mistake again, and make sure you receive the correct order.  

因为我司的错误导致贵司的业务损失，我感同身受。这里，我代表我司总经理特朗普先生保证，将在处理贵司下一个订单时向贵司提供赔偿。我本人也承诺，我司不会再犯类似的错误，确保贵司收到的订单都是正确的。
