After the hazard controls have been implemented and the work begins, it is important to remember that the job safety analysis process is never finalized.
当实施了风险控制措施，并且工作开始后，记住一点很重要，工作安全分析尚未完成。
It is essential to establish a follow-up and review process for monitoring the effectiveness of the preventive measures implemented following JSA. This is done to:
为了监测依据JSA实施的预防措施有效性，建立一个跟进和回顾过程是十分必要的。
ensure new hazards have not been created;
确保不会产生新的危害；
seek feedback from employees performing the job;
通过员工实施工作任务寻求反馈；
ensure employees are following the procedures and practices required by the JSA;
确保员工遵循了工作安全分析要求的程序和惯例；
assess need for a repeat JSA; and
评估重复的工作安全分析需要；并且
implement continuous improvement.
实施持续改进
Certain situations will require the JSA to be reviewed and revised. When these situations arise, work should be stopped immediately to re-evaluate the process.
某些情形需要回顾和修订工作安全分析。当这些情形出现，工作应该立即停止，并重新评估过程。
It is extremely important to address safety concerns as soon as they arise to prevent them from becoming a more serious issue, such as an accident or injury.
当安全问题出现时立即解决是十分重要的，以避免它们变成更加严重的问题，比如事故或者伤害。
Every worker has the authority and responsibility to stop work should they observe any unsafe action, situation or condition. This is commonly known as Stop Work Authority.
当发现任何不安全的行动，状态或者条件时，每一个员工都有权力和责任停止工作。这就是通常所说的停止工作权。
Any time stop work authority is used; there should be an immediate review of the JSA, and a revision of it if necessary.
任何时候使用停止工作权；应该立即对工作安全分析进行回顾，如果有必要进行修订。
The JSA should also be revised if any of the following situations occur:
如果发生下面的情形，工作安全分析同样需要被修订：
An accident or injury. If an accident or injury occurs, stop work immediately and re-examine the JSA. Safe procedures may not have been followed or understood.
事故或者伤害。如果发生事故或者伤害，立即停止工作，并且重新检查工作安全分析。安全程序可能没有遵循或者理解。
A near miss. A near miss is an incident where, given a slight shift in timing or position, an accident or injury would have occurred. Near misses are serious, and should be treated just as an accident or injury would. Stop work and review the JSA.
未遂事件。未遂事件也是事故，如果时间或者位置有一个微小的变化，事故或者伤害将会发生。未遂事件是严重的，应该按照发生的事故或者伤害处理。停止工作和回顾工作安全分析。
Modification of job steps. If job steps are modified during the course of work, the JSA form should be revised to reflect the changes. Adding or removing personnel, extra job steps, weather changes or encountering an unexpected hazard are all examples of when job changes will require revising the JSA.
修订工作步骤。如果工作步骤在工作期间被修订，工作安全分析形式应该修正以反映变化。增加或者减少人员，额外的工作步骤，天气变化或者遭受一个不可接受的风险都是工作变化要求修正工作安全分析的相关例子。
In addition to situations that arise during the course of a job, companies may periodically review and revise JSAs.
除了在工作期间出现的情形以外，公司可以定期的回顾和修正工作安全分析。
Any time you revise a job hazard analysis, it is important to train all employees affected by the changes in the new job methods, procedures, or protective measures adopted.
无论什么时候，如果你修订了工作危害分析，一定要培训所有的受变化影响的员工，包括新的工作方法、程序或者采取的预防措施。
