1. Aaron's sign Seen in appendicitis ([ə.pendɪ'saɪtɪs] n.阑尾炎) — pressure applied between the umbilicus([ʌm'bɪlɪkəs] n.脐) and right anterior iliac(['ɪlɪæk] adj.【解】肠骨的) spine will produce epigastric ([ˌepɪ'gæstrɪk] adj.【解】上腹部的) distress.艾伦征，见于阑尾炎，在脐与髂前上棘之间按压使上腹部不适。

Aaron sign is referred pain felt in the epigastrium upon continuous firm pressure over McBurney’s point, indicative of chronic appendicitis.艾伦征，持续按压麦氏点产生上腹部疼痛，提示慢性阑尾炎。
