外企解决问题的solutions

问题

可以用单词problem来表示，在外企针对工程问题一般用issue，但解决问题的短语却是problem solving, anyway, 解决问题就要有方案.

就要有solution.

解决问题的方案：

A solution to the problem.

A solution to the issue.

找出解决方案：

Work out a solution

E.g Can you work out a solution to the crack issue?

你可以找出开裂问题的解决方案吗？

Find a solution

Look for a solution

什么样的解决方案：

Short term solution - 临时解决方案

Long term solution - 长期解决方案

Alternative solution - 可更换的解决方案

E.g. Please look for an alternative solution to the critical issue.

请找出可替换的方案来解决这个棘手的问题。

Possible solution - 可能的方案

Better solution - 更好的方案

Best solution - 最好的方案

Other solutions - 其他的方案

很多时候大家提出的solution并不能满足客户或Boss的要求，那就会被challenge，进而需要一个切实可行的解决方案来解决问题，让大家有high confidence.

切实可行的解决方案一般有以下两个表达：

A robust solution 

A solid solution 

E.g.  Need your team to work out a robust/solid solution to resolve the issue.

需要你们团队拿出切实可行的解决方案来解决这个问题。

最后温馨提示：

Kindly reminder, never say no solution, at least have plan and take actions.

永远不能说没方案, 至少拿出计划和行动。
