从一次次亚马逊封号事件中找规律,应对,挽救

一。

雪崩之后,没有一片雪花是无辜的

这个词,卖家朋友们看到慌不慌。

还有一个,“秋后算账” 

9-12月(节日季)是亚马逊每年业绩的主要来源,

华尔街也会以每年节日季的数据,

预测亚马逊的股价。

所以亚马逊每年在9-11月份都会

小心翼翼的把每个第三方卖家的全年绩效检查一次

因此,一旦在这之前有出现过

投诉、假冒伪劣产品的卖家

都将收到亚马逊的审核邮件

批量判断

并且, 

亚马逊还在2016年就开发出了

亚马逊机器人

用算法来判定是否需要封号。

不留情面,冷酷残忍到什么程度呢?

举个例子:

随时待命

然而众所周知,

并不是离开节日季和营销节点,

就等于进入了踏实的平稳期了。

今年新年,亚马逊接连在情人节、除夕夜两天对涉嫌刷过单的卖家账号进行了批量封杀,封杀力度前所未有,至今不明原因的卖家仍一筹莫展。

甚至出现了一大批没有刷单而被误伤的卖家。

亚马逊对账号的监测是双向的,买家账号也是亚马逊做出关闭卖家账号的一大原因,部分真实买家账号被污染后之前在正常卖家账号上产生的订单有可能也会被认为是刷单操纵评论产生的订单,因此误伤也变得正常起来。

春节大封杀一般表现是密码错误无法登陆,改密后也无法登陆,邮箱没有邮件。这种症状和亚马逊最狠的处罚方式"Hold"表现一致。也就是号注销,钱不退,货不退,申诉一律不接受,不提供任何细节等。

今天反馈的大多数号症状一样,其中一部分号有查过后台,后台记录大致内容就是"刷"。刷的内容包含刷测评,刷feedback,刷关键词排名和刷销量(操纵排名)。

总之就是离不开"刷"这个行为。

春节过后,并没有迎来平静, 2月23号,许多卖家开工第一天,开工红包还没有捂热,亚马逊又大面积的给卖家发来了警告信,许多完全没有刷过单的卖家也都表示也收到了警告信。

一波未平一波又起。

重温一下易被封号的几大因素:

侵权产品

侵权问题是亚马逊一直以来都很重视的大问题,尤其是在旺季前,会大面积封杀侵权卖家,所以假如产品有侵权嫌疑,旺季前要小心了。

账户表现不佳

每年亚马逊都会定期,在一些节日和营销节点前后,把一些不良的卖家先淘汰出来。如果你的账号表现不佳,那么也很容易面临封号。

刷单

很多卖家会在旺季来临之前为了冲量刷好评,达到最好的店铺状态而不停刷单,刷单一旦检测到也会被封号。

多账号操作卖家,小号跟卖大号

有些卖家为了赚取更多的利润,会以不同的发货方式让自己的小号跟卖自己的大号。违规大忌。

没有通过招商经理渠道注册账号

自注册账号安全性低,封店率高于56% (官方统计数据)。

新账号卖家

毋庸置疑,旺季与营销节点前后,新账号评论少,账号表现不清晰,产品得不到保障,所以该类账号也会在大清洗中遭殃。

当然不是没有办法。

办法有,那就是,

写信。

当遇到账户被亚马逊封号时,也能通过发送邮件给亚马逊官方来解释情况,进而获得恢复账号的机会。

以下是一封被亚马逊封号并成功恢复账号的信件内容:

I understand that recently our performance as a seller on Amazon.com has fallen below both Amazon's and our own standards of quality.(1.表达诚意,先认错再说:) I believe there are two main reasons this has happened:

Disorganization in our inventory management has resulted in late shipments and, even worse, unavailable items.(2.清楚分明的格式:

When late shipments and unavailable items have occurred our response to has been too slow and communication with customers has not been adequate.(2.清楚分明的格式:

I believe it is mainly because of our inadequate communi cation that we have recently seen an increase in customer A-z guarantee claims which has resulted in our order defect rate exceeding the performance target of <1%.(3.简要的原因:

Plan of Action: We are taking the following steps to improve our performance:

Improve inventory control by reducing the number of items offered until we have systems in place to more adequately handle the number of orders we are receiving.

In addition, we will more aggressively monitor our performance metrics to assure we are meeting the standards set by Amazon and our own standards of quality customer service.

Our inventory file has been reviewed. All misclassification condition items have been re-categorized to follow Amazon's Condition Guidelines. Entire inventory has been deleted from Marketplace to reflect all changes. All of our vendors' inventory will be reviewed before adding to our inventory. This will allow us to have packages prepared and ready to ship more efficiently.

To address inventory availability issues we have consolidated our Amazon inventory into one location to speed shipment creation. Having all Amazon inventory at one location will eliminate delays in getting product out by the Expected Ship Date.

调整为:

依照以上三个步骤调整过后的回信,亚马逊官方收到后能感受到你的诚意、经营态度与礼仪,而这三个部分正是亚马逊最注重的方面。所以回信记得要投其所好,才能获得预期的回复。
