Scene 1

A: Good morning, sir.What can I do for you?

B: Is this thecounter for SQ 368 to Singapore?

A: Yes, sir. Areyou from the same group?

B: Yes, we are.

A: Please go to thenext counter for group check in.

B: Hello, we are agroup of 30 people going to Singapore by SQ 368.

A: May I have your  tickets and passports, please?

B: Sure here youare.

A: How many piecesof luggage would you like to check in?

B: Thirty fivepieces altogether.

A: Here yourtickets, passports and boarding passes. Your luggage claim  tags  are attached  to the tickets cover.

B: Thank you.

A: You're welcome.

场景1

A: 早上好，先生。有什么需要帮助的吗？

B: 这个柜台是办理新加坡航空公司前往新加坡的368次航班吗？

A: 是的，先生。你们是一起的吗？

B: 是的。

A: 请去下一个办理团队登机的柜台。

B: 你好，我们是乘坐新加坡航空公司前往新加坡368次航班的30人的团。

A: 请问我可以看下你们的机票和护照吗？

B: 当然，给你。

A: 你们需要托运多少件行李？

B: 总共35件。

A: 这里是你们的机票，护照和登机牌。你们提取行李的标签就附在机票上。

B: 谢谢你。

A: 不用客气。

Scene2

A: Good evening ,sir. May I help you?

B: Yes. I’d like tocheck in, please?

A: May I see yourticket and passport, please?

B: Here you are.

A: Do you have anyluggage to check in?

B: No, I’ve thistraveling bag only.

A: I see. Here are your ticket and boarding pass, sir. Your seat is 3C. It’s an aisle  seat. And  your  flight will be called with in about 10minutes.

B: Thanks a lot.

场景2

A: 晚上好，先生。有什么需要帮助的吗？

B:是的。麻烦你我想要办理登机。

A:请问我可以看下你的机票和护照吗？

B:给你。

A:你有行李需要托运吗？

B:没有，我只有随身行李。

A: 我知道了。先生这是你的机票和登机牌。你的座位是3C。是靠着过道的座位。你乘坐的飞机将会在10分钟后通知登机。

B: 多谢。
