政府报告中有很多特色词汇，包括一些咱们日常常用的比如常驻人口港澳台胞啊之类，大多数的句子里除了前面拎出的一些高频词（主要是动词），再就是这些特色词了。把这两块解决了，再把句子结构理清楚，就不难翻译了。

便有了这一系列。
