”处置“的几个译法

“处置”这个词，在报告中出现了不足 10 次，频次不高，不过我觉得这个词挺不好处理的，译文中也多用变通了

• 处理：handle

  是它的一个很直接的中性近义词了，要处置的东西一般都不是啥好事，如疫情，风险等等

  生产安全事故处置：handle workplace accidents

• 控制、抑制：surpress

  处置局部地区聚集性疫情：suppress local outbreaks of the epidemic

  金融风险处置：addressing financial risks

局部应急处置：address isolated emergencies

• 缓和平息：defuse

  处置金融风险隐患：defuse financial risks and potential dangers

• manage(管理)，treat（处理）。。。实在太多可以用了

  金融风险处置：managing financial risks

      园区工业废水处置：treat waste water from industrial parks.

有时候比如如果和推进...处置搭配的话，处置在这里就比较虚了，省略就好了。繁體字處置，还可以想到安置(placement)，惩治(punish)，治理(govern)，安排(arrange)等等

复习个词

defuse 相对比较陌生：字典里有两个意思，第一个是从爆破装置中卸除引信，显然是解除可能导致的伤害，所以也就好理解第二个意思即缓和平息。
