Art students majoring in choreography are conducting basic trainings in a dancing chamber in Handan, Hebei Province.
To roam in the kingdom of art is what many youngsters pursue for. But it is no longer relaxing, when the pressure of exams and job hunting is applied to it. Four lovely girls, who are senior in Handan Middle School majoring in choreography, are busy preparing for the incoming art exams. They are regarded as “goddesses” in their school. Ten hours a day are spent on bowing, splitting and swirling. Skill trainings are repeated again and again in this small chamber. Practices of high intensity demand many efforts and devotion to hard work. Their dancing shoes would be worn out every week. Sweat goes down their backs every day.
