The Observation of Clinical Effect of Comprehensive Intervention in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes

Objective To explore effective and comprehensive prevention of type 2 diabetes(T2DM) model which was easy to grasp and accept by the patients.Methods Take comprehensive approach to diabetes prevention and treatment "five carriages",as the principle,give diagnosed diabetes T2DM patients with health education guide,strengthen their self-management awareness,improve self-management skills,develop individualized comprehensive treatment program for patients from diet,exercise,monitoring,treatment,etc.Set one to one patients guidance and the establishment of health records to track follow-up management,use comprehensive intervention to make the patients with diabetes metabolic markers to achieve the desired control goal.Results Through a comprehensive two-year intervention and management,HbA1c levels in diabetic patients were significantly lower(P0.01);BMI,TC and blood pressure were under effective control(P0.01,0.01 and 0.05);differences of TG,HDL-C,LDL-C were not significant.Conclusion Comprehensive diabetes intervention model can effectively control blood sugar,and improve the body's physiological and biochemical indicators.
