咖啡已经成为了现代生活中不可缺少的精神饮品。它为白领增添工作的激情与灵感，为快节奏的生活提供了一个停下来聆听内心的理由，它为舌尖上的每一颗味蕾注入非凡的感受。
今天我们就来一起进行【咖啡大扫盲】，看看我们常喝到的咖啡各有哪些特点——
意大利咖啡（Espresso）——“Espresso”原意为“快速”，Espresso Cafe则指瞬间提炼出来的浓缩咖啡。由于这种咖啡泡法源自意大利人阿奇加夏与1946年所发明的蒸汽压力咖啡机，故一般又称为意大利咖啡。
拿铁咖啡（Latte）——拿铁咖啡做法极其简单，就是在刚刚做好的意大利浓缩咖啡中倒入接近沸腾的牛奶。事实上，加入多少牛奶没有一定之规，可依个人口味自由调配。
卡布奇诺（Cappuccino）—— 20世纪初，意大利人阿奇加夏发明蒸汽压力咖啡机的同时，也发展出了卡布奇诺咖啡。卡布奇诺是在偏浓的咖啡上，倒入以蒸汽发泡的牛奶。此时咖啡的颜色，就象会圣芳济教会（Capuchin）的修士在深褐色的外衣上覆上一条头巾一样，咖啡因此而得名。
爱尔兰咖啡（Irish Coffee）——爱尔兰咖啡是一种既像酒又像咖啡的咖啡，原料是爱尔兰威士忌加咖啡豆，特殊的咖啡杯，特殊的煮法，认真而执着，古老而简朴。
摩卡咖啡（Mocha）——以咖啡最早的输出港口命名的摩卡咖啡，是在拿铁咖啡中加入巧克力所调制而成。
玛琪雅朵，又称玛琪朵（Macchiato）——在意大利浓缩咖啡中，不加鲜奶油、牛奶，只要在咖啡上添加两大匙绵密细软的奶泡，如此就是一杯玛琪雅朵。
蓝山咖啡（Blue Mountain Coffee）——一种大众知名度较高的咖啡，只产于中美洲牙买加的蓝山地区，蓝山咖啡拥有香醇、苦中略带甘甜、柔润顺口的特性，而且稍微带有酸味，能让味觉感官更为灵敏，品尝出其独特的滋味，是为咖啡之极品。
