谈判时如何用英语表述自己的意见呢？今天就跟着小编一起学几句实用表达吧！
(1) 如果表示赞成，可以说：
That's a good idea. 是个好主意。
或者：I agree with you. 我赞成。
(2) 如果是有条件地接受，可以用on the condition that这个句型，例如：
We accept your proposal, on the condition that you order 20,000 units.
如果您订2万台，我们就接受您的提议。
(3) 在与外商，尤其是欧美国家的商人谈判时，如果有不同意见，最好坦白地提出来而不要拐弯抹角，比如，表示无法赞同对方的意见时，可以说：
I don't think that's a good idea.
我认为那个主意不好。
或者：Frankly, we can't agree with your proposal.
坦白地讲，我无法同意您的提议。
(4) 如果是拒绝，可以说：
We're not prepared to accept your proposal this time.
我们这一次不准备接受你们的提议。
(5) 有时，还要讲明拒绝的理由，如
To be quite honest, we don't believe this product will sell very well in China.
说老实话，我们觉得这种产品在中国不会卖得很好。
(6) 谈判期间，由于言语沟通问题，出现误解也是在所难免的：可能是对方误解了你，也可能是你误解了对方。在这两种情况出现后，你可以说：
No, I'm afraid you misunderstood me. What I was trying to say was.....
不，恐怕你误解了。我想说的是......
或者：Oh, I'm sorry, I misunderstood you. Then I go along with you.
哦，对不起，我误解你了。那样的话，我同意你的观点。
总之，不管你说什么，你最终的目的就是要促成一笔生意。即使不成，也要以善意对待对方，也许你以后还有机会，生意不成人情在，你说对吗？

Once, two mice entered a dairy.
有一天，两只老鼠走进一间乳品店。
As they were looking for something to eat, they slipped and fell into a large-drum full of milk.
正在找东西吃时，脚一滑，掉进了一大桶牛奶里。
They did not know how to swim. Soon they started drowning.
它们都不会游泳，严重溺水了。
Both of them started struggling to stay afloat.
于是他们挣扎着尽量让自己漂浮在水面上。
One of the mice said, "Friend, I think we are going to drown.
其中一只老鼠说道：“朋友，我觉得我们就快淹死了。
No one can help us now. I wish God would send someone to help us!"
现在没人能救我们了，我真希望上天能派个人来援助我们啊！”
The other mouse calmly said, "Do not be afraid my friend. We must not lose heart. We must keep trying."
另外一只老鼠淡定地说：“别害怕，我的朋友，我们不能失去信心，我们必须不停地尝试。”
But a few minutes later, the first mouse gave up hope. He did not try and so he drowned. The other mouse saw his friend drowning in the milk and felt very sorry.
但是几分钟之后，第一只老鼠就放弃了希望，它不再尝试，于是淹死在牛奶中。另外一只老鼠看到自己的朋友淹死在牛奶中，感到十分伤心。
Yet he kept moving his own legs to try to keep afloat.
但是它一直都尝试着移动自己的腿，努力让自己漂浮在水面上。
Soon this had a churning effect and a thick layer of cream fat was formed on the milk surface.
很快，这种搅拌使牛奶表层出现了一层厚厚的乳脂。
Using this chance, the mouse climbed the creamy layer and jumped to safety.
利用这个机会，它爬到了乳脂层上面，终于安全了。
