DS8.1错误之：Failed opening fifo

环境介绍：Information Server 8.1，自带DB2数据库V9.5,数据库实例DB2INST1。开发及测试环境在同一台机器上数据库DB29.1。开发库实例odsinst1，测试库实例db2inst1。DS服务器和数据库服务器间建立主从节点。

     警告信息：DB2_stage: The environment variable DB2INSTANCE is currently set to `db2inst1'and is being changed to `odsinst1' as specified in the server option;if this instance is a different version of DB2, the program may not succeed.

    产生原因：DS自带数据库实例名称为db2inst1,开发数据库实例名为odsinst1。实例名不一致，产生警告。

    错误信息：DB2_stage,0: Failed opening fifo /etlwork/dsresources/scratch/sc05/ordb24427364bd72c05_.000 after 90 seconds: No such device or address.
DB2_stage,0: The runLocally() of the operator failed.
DB2_stage,0: Operator terminated abnormally: runLocally() did not return APT_StatusOk main_program: Step execution finished with status = FAILED.

    出错原因：错误的将开发库实例名写成了db2inst1,造成数据库连接失败。
