开心一笑：天才小狗

一家本地的商店要招聘办公室文员，在窗户上粘贴了一张招聘广告，上面是这样说的：“应聘要求：必须会打字、精通电脑还要会说两种语言。每个人都有机会。”

不一会，一只狗跑到窗户前看到了招聘广告走进了店里。它摇晃着尾巴看着接待员，然后径直走向招聘广告。

弄懂它的意思后，接待员找到了业务经理。业务经理十分吃惊的看着这只狗，至少可以这么说。然而，这只狗看起来却是十分坚定，所以他把它领进了办公室。在办公室，这只狗跳上椅子凝视着经理。

经理说：“我不能雇佣你。招聘启示上说你必须要会打字。”这只狗跳下椅子，走到打字机前，敲出了一行非常整齐的字母。它取出打印纸，跑到经理面前递给他，然后又跳回到椅子上。

经理惊呆了，他有对狗说：“广告上还说你要精通电脑。” 这只狗编写了一个小程序，并且第一次运行十分正常。

这次经理是被完全惊呆了！他看着狗说：“我知道，你是一只非常聪明的狗，并且有些有趣的能力。不过，我还是不能给你这份工作。”

这只狗跳下椅子，走到一份招聘广告的复印件前，用它的爪子指着那句：人人机会平等。经理说：“是的，但是上面还说，你要会说两种语言。”

这只狗平静地看着经理，叫了声：“喵！”

Talented Dog

A local business was looking for office help. They put a sign in the window, stating the following: "HELP WANTED. Must be able to type, must be good with a computer and must be bilingual. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer."

A short time afterwards, a dog trotted up to the window, saw the sign and went inside. He looked at the receptionist and wagged his tail, then walked over to the sign, looked at it and whined.

Getting the idea, the receptionist got the office manager. The office manager looked at the dog and was surprised, to say the least. However, the dog looked determined, so he lead him into the office. Inside, the dog jumped up on the chair and stared at the manager.

The manager said "I can't hire you. The sign says you have to be able to type." The dog jumped down, went to the typewriter and proceeded to type out a perfect letter. He took out the page and trotted over to the manager and gave it to him, then jumped back on the chair.

The manager was stunned, but then told the dog "the sign says you have to be good with a computer." The dog jumped down again and went to the computer. The dog proceeded to enter and execute a perfect program, that worked flawlessly the first time.

By this time the manager was totally dumb-founded! He looked at the dog and said "I realize that you are a very intelligent dog and have some interesting abilities. However, I *still* can't give you the job."

The dog jumped down and went to a copy of the sign and put his paw on the sentences that told about being an Equal Opportunity Employer. The manager said "yes, but the sign *also* says that you have to be bilingual."

The dog looked at the manager calmly and said, "Meow!"
